Service Terms and Conditions:
Fast Repair will endeavor the fix only for the issue confirmed by the user/customer. However, in situations where additional repair services/parts are needed to fix the issue, Fast Repair would take cost and time endorsement from the customers through call or email as required. If customer isn’t available for the endorsement of additional estimate, the request will be required to be postponed till we get a response.
Turnaround time for all the appliances repairs is between 4 to 5 working days. It might take longer due to delay owing to customer approval, non-accessibility of spares and non-availability of other repair sevices. Same will be imparted to the customer as and when required. Pickup and Delivery time won’t be included for the previously mentioned repair period.
Fast Repair will endeavor delivery of the repaired device twice at that time and location concurred by the customer. If customer isn’t available to take the delivery at the multiple times, Fast Repair won’t endeavor the delivery again. In these cases, customer is obligated to pickup the device themselves from Fast Repair service centre. In case the service/device isn’t picked up within 10 days of repair complete to the customer, Fast Repair has the right to hold the gadget/device as it esteem fit.
General Terms:
In no event will fastrepair Pvt Ltd, nor any of its heads, directors and workers, be obligated to you for anything emerging out of or in any way connected with your use of your device, whether such risk is under agreement, misdeed or something else, and fastrepair Pvt Ltd, including its heads, directors and representatives will not be subject for any indirect, considerable or risk emerging out of or in any circumstances beyond our control.
If any arrangement of these Terms is discovered to be unenforceable or invalid under any appropriate law, such unenforceability or weakness will not ruin these Terms unenforceable or in general, and such arrangements will be deleted without influencing the rest of the provisions herein.
